KeeGuard® Skylight
Railing System

The KeeGuard Skylight Railing System does not penetrate the roof membrane, nor does it affect the function or aesthetics of the skylight. KeeGuard Skylight is a freestanding fall protection system which uses reliable Kee Klamp® fittings and KeeGuard's modular components.

No attachment to the skylight is required. It meets OSHA standards 29 CFR 1910.23 (e) (1), 29 CFR 1910.23 (e) (3) (iv) and standards 29 CFR 1910.502 (b) (1) - 29 CFR 1910.502 (b) (14).

The following are advantages in comparison with alternative systems:

  • The system does not block light. It is possible to install the railing system further from the edge of the skylight so it is not visible from within
  • Can be installed around nonstandard shape skylights
  • The Skylight System is constructed using galvanized schedule 40 1-1/2" pipe. All the fittings are galvanized, making the system long lasting and maintenance-free

Using simple tools, two workers can install a 10'X10' Skylight Railing System in an hour. The Skylight Railing System can be adapted to inclined roofs up to 5 degrees.
