Kwik Kit™ safety railing kits allow you to create a sturdy railing system with no welding and the advantage of safety yellow rails.   These railing kits are very quick to assemble using only a hex key to tighten the large, easy to use set screws.  Kwik Kit safety railing kits are pre-packaged safety railing kits with 6-foot post spacing for straight sections, corner sections or extension sections.  The rails may be cut where shorter sections are required.   The kits may be secured using bolts or chemical anchors attached to the base fittings.  


 

Extension Kit
Kwik Kit Safety Railing Kits are supplied with all the components to install either a 12 foot straight run or a 6 foot by 6 foot 90 degree corner safety rail system.  Additional footage can be achieved by ordering 6 foot extension kits. ExtensionKit.jpg (28997 bytes)

Steel Corner Kit

  
kkcorner.jpg (71629 bytes) Three uprights and (4) horizontal pipes are supplied, coated safety yellow and cut to length (Steel kit shown here), for easy assembly into the slip-on pipe fittings.  Straight and corner kits include (3) standard rail flanges, (2) tees, (2) elbows and (2) fittings to either complete a straight run or a 90 degree turn.  The extension kit includes (1) upright, (2) 6 foot horizontal rails and additional fittings to use in conjunction with the straight and corner units.

 

Rails and fittings are assembled using only a hex key to tighten the large, easy to use set screws.  The standard rail flanges may be secured to the floor by using bolts or chemical anchors.  Horizontal pipe can be cut to length where shorter lengths are required. kwkparts.jpg (44780 bytes)

Kwik Kit Ordering Information:   

All Kwik Kit part numbers begin with Kwik followed by a letter designating the material (A for Aluminum, S for Steel) followed by a letter designating the type of kit (C for Corner, S for Straight, E for Extension).  All parts forming the kit come in one package and pipe length can later be shortened to its appropriate length if necessary.

Corner Kit consists of: (4) horizontal 6-foot pieces, (3) uprights at 42", (2) 90 degree elbows, (2) single socket tees, (2) 90 degree corner fittings, (3) standard flanges.

Straight Kit consists of: (4) horizontal 6-foot pieces, (3) uprights at 42", (2) 90 degree elbows, (2) single socket tees, (2) cross sockets, (3) standard flanges.

Extension Kit consists of: (2) horizontal 6-foot pieces, (1) upright at 42", (2) cross sockets, (1) standard flange.
